Only the public domain games could be collected and released in this
manner.  And I'd advise double checking to make certain the author has
made the game public domain.  Just because something is given away doesn't
mean that the author doesn't retain the copyrights to the work.  For
example, FUDGE is a freely available game but you'd need Steffan
O'Sullivan's permission to publish it under the OGL.  And since he
considers FUDGE to essentially be open sourced already, I'm somewhat
doubtful he'd permit it's publication under OGL.

But if you can be certain about the availability of a product, I think
this would be a fine idea.
