Did you see the stories on the conference where O'Reilly got chewed out by
some big names in open source for producing for-profit books that were too
good, and thus encouraging folks to ignore the freely available books that
just couldn't match their quality? There is a huge spectrum of viewpoints on
this issue, and some of them are just plain incomprehensible to me.
