While I'm not entirely sure of what you want to do; you want to hire
yourself out as a GM?  Through what medium?  PBEM?  Why would this be a
service someone would pay for?
Anyway, assuming you _did_ do this, why would you need a license OGL or
otherwise?  You've never needed anyone's permission to play a game, even
to play that game for money.  You're not publishing anything, are you?
