You want to be able to use the D20 trademark to advertise--so, use the
D20STL, and do SOMETHING under OGL. Say, release your campaign or
something. Write up your PC's sheets for them. SOMETHING.
And if you're really worried about it, talk to a lawyer... or don't worry
about it.
