?

Doesn't the word "system" appear in the D20 TM?  (And the D20STL and OGL are 
both in English... and, AFAIK, by using them you subject yourself to the 
USA's court system.)


And in any case, the open-die (that's a *really* cool idea, btw... and I saw 
it as squished, too) is a clear symbol, and the phrase "open game" next to 
it is fine, in any language.
