The word "system" already appears in the "D20 System" logo. 2. It's for products released under the "Open Gaming License", so I don't see any problem with the logo referring to itself as "Open Gaming System". 3. Since it's a fairly basic word pattern -- based on the concept itself -- it's fairly easy to duplicate the design into other languages.
