I asked the Open Source community about this issue, and the general response
seems to be that people who are required to provide some sort of translation
do so, but indicate that the translation is not official and is not binding,
and the license authors take no responsibility for enforcing or conforming
to the terms of the translated license.
I will ask the legal department how we should handle the trademark lines vis
a vis mandatory translation.
