Good question--or rather, two questions.
1: Does the OGL infect the entire webzine?
I'd say "yes." You'll have to get permission to use any trademarks in The
Guild Companion. No problem there, really.
2: Does the D20STL infect the entire webzine?
Good question. I'd say the easiest thing would be to ask WotC about the
D20STL. If not, you can just not include the d20 trademark, and use all the
d20 articles as OGL articles.

Actually, as long as you have a local copy, a *link* on each page should be
