Sorry, but the derivation chain will bite you here.  The name Apollo is
off-limits for that particular type of use (but perhaps not for others) for
all works derived from Product A whether you have actually seen hands them
or not.  The moral of the story is never derive from a work containing OGC
unless you can review every work in the copyright block.
