Interesting.  You can so long as you don't indicate compatibility or
coadaptability of your work with the Dungeon Master's Guide.  The question
becomes "what constitutes an indication of compatibility or co
adaptability?"  Is the mere fact that both products also have the d20 logo
on them enough?  It doesn't matter if they ARE compatible, so long as you
don't use that fact in your marketing of the product.  Better talk to your
lawyer - this one is really splitting hairs.
