Yes, that was my reason for wanting to release under the OGL licence.
Since I want to be able to copy those stats that I would otherwise not be
able to do. But under the OGL and SRD I can (well at least what is in
the SRD at the moment)

I fully understand that I would have to abide by the OGL licence compleaty.

as I said in my reply to John Arras who wrote

Regardless of whether it was released under the OGL or not there would
still be the same legal issues. If I could legally reuse "XYZ" whenthe
mud was not under OGL, but couldnt because I had made XYZ PI when
I released under OGL then people would simply not reuse under OGL
and thus be able to use XYZ again.

So the OGL licence does not restrict the legal reuse of the mud in any
way, it would just provide a means for people to reuse more of the mud
if they wished to do so under the OGL.

However my only reason for using OGL and not GPL is that I have to
since I will be using the SRD and freeport setting, and dont wish to
break any laws. By using OGL I can simply copy word for word out
of the SRD, which is one thing I WOULD NOT be able to do without OGL.
