  Yes i understand exactly what you mean... I just hope you are correct, 
since this is exactly what I am looking for.. I will be releasing the setting
characters, spells etc etc as OGC.

  The source code will be kept and released under a different licence. 
As will the driver and code that is not mine, those will stay released
under their authors licences.

  Can anyone confirm whether the above is true? Fingers crossed I
hope so :-)
