That's a true statement.

It is not true that you could make a product that included the specific
expression of the D&D races, the D&D classes, the D&D skill and feat system,
the D&D combat system, the D&D magic system, the D&D spells, the D&D magic
items & artifacts, and/or the D&D monsters.

In other words, you can be about as "compatible" with D&D as a hot dog is
with a crossaint.  Depending on your unique taste, that might be sufficient
or even acceptable; but for most people it would be neither.
