With out getting into a rant here, I fail to see _how_ a web page is 
generated matters in the slightest.   The fact that the "Basements and 
Lizards" adventure pages get updated real often (like with every click of 
the "refresh" button) should not matter.   All the end user will see is a 
web page that _is_ fully D20 STL/OGL compliant.
