Question: Is this true? I thought that "Clearly Identified" only had to
pass the reasonable man standard--that reasonable person A who picks up the
work can, with only a little work in reading, identify what is Open Content.
Does this mean that "Open Content Appendixes" aren't kosher? Each instance
really does have to be identified, either individually or as a class, rather
than simply being listed in an appendix?
(To clarify: I write a single big book. I have OGC and non-OGC mixed
liberally. I decide to waste money and simply re-print two appendixces of
"all the stuff that's PI" and "all that's OGC" and say "all the things in
these appendixes are OGC/PI within this work.")
