I'm sure you'll recall that the original example (see the subject line) was
using material from the SRD in a computer program. The material that you
used from the SRD in the program would have to be identified. This is the
case that we are trying to argue here (using the context of a printed work)
to understand how to reference OGC under the terms of the OGL.
I think everyone understands that if you own the copyright free and clear of
any other license, etc., you can do whatever you want. It isn't very useful
for the purposes of this thread to start arguing about totally original
works that don't use the OGL.

If we take this back to the software issue, I don't think that you should
use this method. It doesn't seem reasonable to avoid identifying OGC in the
software and then publish a separate file that lists those things that are
OGC in the software (BUT ARE NOT IDENTIFIED AS SUCH IN THAT WORK).
