If you have the full version of Acrobat you can turn it off and disallow
text extraction.  Most people don't use it, but it is an option.

That is exactly why I was opposed to the RTF release format, but I was
overruled.  I liked the HTML much better.  Ah, those were the days, when men
were men and tables were tables.  :-)
