Are all the documents on the OGF site covered by Ryan Dancey's gentleman agreement? I seem to remember some company using a DMG magic item in a d20 System supplement, which got them nailed by WotC. I need to use text from the Magic Overview, Schools of Magic, Arcane Spells, and Divine Spells documents (perhaps also some psionics documents), but I'm not sure if that would be wise.
Is sharing files through email copyright infrigement?
