Are all the documents on the OGF site covered by Ryan Dancey's gentleman
agreement? I seem to remember some company using a DMG magic item in a d20
System supplement, which got them nailed by WotC. I need to use text from
the Magic Overview, Schools of Magic, Arcane Spells, and Divine Spells
documents (perhaps also some psionics documents), but I'm not sure if that
would be wise.

Is sharing files through email copyright infrigement? For example, if I were
to publish OGC documents on my website, with a notice saying that people
wanting documents derived from WotC copyrighted material not yet released
under the OGL should email me asking for it personally, would I get a notice
from WotC telling me to stop or get sued?
