Yes you are wrong about that. But of course only time will tell, I have to date not published anything but we intend to publish extensively over the next year and you have my word that I will not be trying to abuse the OGL in this manner. However I am also in the process of negotiating a licence deal and I know that the licence owner is very protective of their IPR (as most are!). They might not take too well to their IPR being used by other companies who are not paying them any money. How do the other companies out there that have licence deals deal with this issue? Have any licence owners objected to the section 15 issues?
