[Ogf-l] OGC declaration.

Here's a quick question-- does this seem acceptable as an OGC declaration?

"All material in this product is Open Gaming Content, with the following 
exceptions.  Pictures and artwork are Product Identity. 
Proper names not already OGC are Product Identity.  "
