This one has a lot more content: message boxes, npcs, vehicles, and some tags. Also, James, wander and npc_tag use native .PNGs; this works very well for phones. As always, the emulator is included so that you can try it out on your computer; if you have a phone, please let me know if it works (or doesn't).
