I am pretty excited about this one. Turned out to be easier to implement 
than I expected, and I have tested it pretty thoroughly.

Transmogrification changes:
* appearance
* attacks
* bitsets
* (optionally) stats

Some possible uses I can think of:
* Enemies with multiple AI states
* Cool animation tricks
* Fake Summons (make a transmog attack that can only target enemy slot 
7, put a placeholder enemy in slot 7 in every formation)

I'm sure y'all can come up with many more. :)

Thank's TMC for talking me out of doing the stable release today, 
otherwise I wouldn't have worked on this until afterwards :)
