This has been driving me crazy today. Happening very frequently, and often with
no focus changing. This is while I am working mostly in the Slice Collection
editor.
Once, just now, the screen started flickering like it does for this bug while I
was moving a slice's X/Y position, but I was still able to move the slice, and
the keyboard was not yet frozen in spite of the flicker. The instant I exited
out of the slice detail screen, the bug was triggered and I lost my keyboard.

Today I had this bug happen to me 3 times on Linux. Once when spawning
ohrrpgce-game for "Test Game" and twice more when compiling scripts by pressing
F5
The third time, I was running strace. Here is the end of the strace output. I
don't know if it is useful information or not
