I've created a workaround that allows people to create a working `hspeak` if
necessary, but it won't obvious to people how to do so if they hit this.

It seems that the Euphoria devs haven't provided a recompiled version because
it would mean depending on a newer glibc, breaking the ability to use `euc` on
older systems.
