    Fixed the bug that caused enemies to get stuck in a loop
    in active-time battles if they use a self-targetting bequest
    attack that does not heal or transmorify them
    
    already_bequested needed to be part of BattleSprite state,
    not a local in check_death()
    
    Also added bequesting state to the F10 debug display
