Hello,

When I use a command line like:

oiiotool deep.exr --scanline --compression zip1 --autotrim -o deep_recomp.exr

I get a segmentation fault. Not using "autotrim" works.

I had this problem for a while, but it was not really important. With the recent improvements in the deep images area I thought I'd give it a try again.

Software used: CentOS 6.6, gcc 4.4, OIIO master, OpenEXR 2.2

I would like to autotrim deep images coming from Mantra. Right now I have plain old beauty and associated deep renderings out of mantra. The beauty can be autocropped (and does have correct display and data window) but not the deep images. Those images have a lot of "inf pixels" when viewed in nuke. What I do now is use a "DeepCrop" node which is expression-linked to the beauty bounding box and then rewrite the deep exr with this data.

Would it be possible in oiiotool to set a bbox for deep exrs based on "inf pixels"? Or am I missing a basic concept here?

Cheers

Sebastian
