Fedora being US based and hosted can't distribute FFMpeg due to patent
issues which also means nothing in Fedora can link against it. That is one
of the main reasons for the existence of RPM Fusion, to fill that gap.

For now I don't think anyone is missing the functionality it has and I
don't need to worry about build flags since ffmpeg would not be in the
build tree when building for Fedora.
