Anybody have a favorite open source C++11 thread pool, known to be solid,
bug-free, and fast, and somewhat flexible (for example, being able to change
pool size without too much hassle)?

The license must be BSD/MIT/Apache/zlib or roughly equivalent. A header-only
implementation is ideal, but not strictly required. I would strongly prefer it
to be clear and well-commented so that I can modify it or add features easily.

It doesn't have to be a "standalone" project; I'm happy to extract a nice
threadpool from a bigger project (assuming it's suitably licensed and not too
hard to disentangle the relevant code from its surrounding project).

Recommendations would be very much appreciated.
