The category heading is a workable suggestion if employed as a guidline. I
don't feel that it should be mandatory. That might put people off on using
OJB, if they feel that they can't easily request assistance.

Although it is a good way to filter the messages, it is *NOT* a widely
recognized convention. New people cannot be expected to know that it is a
requirement for posting.
