Jetspeed is using OJB for some services. See in the jetspeed CVS tree. So, it easy to use OBJ with Jetspeed/turbine. Anyway, there is no plan to support Struts in Jetspeed instead of Turbine (in short term). I supose that Jetspeed developers are other priorities like support the new portlets API,...
