Karen is probably the best person to comment on both the MARC records
themselves and the probability of getting them into OpenLibrary, but I will
note that CC BY-NC-SA is quite a bit more restrictive than the CC0 license
that OpenLibrary aspires.

Of course, there's a considerable body of opinion that the vast majority of
bibliographic data isn't subject to copyright -- and thus could be used
without paying any attention to the license -- but why not just release
data under a compatible license to start with?
