says "For items with major errors, please let us know via the Contact Form which you can access by clicking the "Problem?" flag at the bottom of the item's page." However, https://openlibrary.org/books/OL9214083M/The_Wild_(Requiem_for_Homo_Sapiens) (which is missing the first page of text in the epub, though not the online image view - probable OCR failure to scan that page?) does not have either a "Problem?" or "Contact Form" link on either the /books/ or /works/ page. There's a 'Let us know if there's a problem" link on the bottom of the /edit page for the book - is this what the FAQ is referring to?
