Perhaps the best one I ever saw was hand made by my buddy who's an 
artist  he got a long piece of 1/8" round brass stok and simply 
wound it in a tapering sprial then attached it to the iside of the 
door on his F**d C-800 flatbed....

I don't get to see him anymore and he never would make me one for 
love nor money.......
