The camber can be set with shim wedges, that go between axle mount face and spring. did you have any when torn into? Replaced in same spot? Toe in can be set. In extreme cases the axle can be Bent in middle to adjust outer ends, just like they do with Fords twin I-beams. Yes, sometimes a BIG truck shop is needed for this work and kingpins. Isn't this stuff in Shop Manuals??? Specs are I'm sure.
