I've posted them and they will appear at
http://incubator.apache.org/olio/index.data/apache-olio-rails-0.1.tar.gz
and the php kit has the same name with 'rails' replaced by 'php'.
This is a temporary place and once we have the final kit, it will get
posted in the correct distribution directory.
I'm not sure how often the sync of the website happens - it may be an
hour or more before the files will show up.
