I'm unsure here: I do quite a few audio & midi things under omv, but just need
this every now and then. And Desktop software may prefer the old /dev/dsp device
over PA if snd-pcm-oss is loaded. So don't know..
However: if we enable the oss compatibility layer by default, I'd suggest to
load all of it (snd-pcm-oss, snd-seq-oss, snd-mixer-oss).
