I checked the repository, and found
osnet-incorporation<http://pkg.opensolaris.org/dev/en/advanced_search.shtml?token=consolidation%2Fosnet%2Fosnet-incorporation&show=p&sav=1&cs=1&rpp=500&v=0.5.11%252C0.5.11-0.128&action=Advanced+Search>.
It seems to me that an incorporation does not guarantee the
installation
of all its dependencies. It merely ensures those that are already installed
being updated to the version specified. Unless what I found isn't the right
package.

What is the difference between
""pkg install developer/opensolaris/osnet"
and
"pkg install osnet" ?

I've already tried building with
""pkg install developer/opensolaris/osnet"
but without java-dev and extra packages. It didn't work. If they are the
same, then this only tells us "pkg install osnet" won't give us everything
we need.
