Heh, since the other 98 errors were my fault, I'm not going to complain.

I run the same pkg_validate as ON, but since we don't assume the user
doing the build can chown/chgrp binaries, don't check the owner/group,
and thus missed these.
(I actually assume the user can't chown/chmod, so filter out the
pkg_validate messages about setuid/setgid binaries not matching
rather than deal with setuid-random-user binaries in the proto area.)
I actually thought WOS RE's pkg audits would catch discrepancies
between permissions in different packages though.
