Hello, everyone.
There is a public Calendar for ONAP Meetings and Events already. Actually
there are 2.
Currently, I am managing a Google Calendar
<https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/linuxfoundation.org_1rmtb5tpr3uc8f76fmflploi88%40group.calendar.google.com/private-4545d02335094f6dcaa73c3e5effc64b/basic.ics>
that
syncs to a Confluence Calendar
<https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/calendar/260b8a93-05dd-476a-ab6c-ce5f14d46a34?calendarName=ONAP%20Meetings%20and%20Events>.
I created the sync to the Confluence Calendar because I know that our
partners in China can not load Google Calendars, but they can still
subscribe to Confluence.
Currently, Phil and I are the only ones who can edit the Google Calendar
but I am happy to give permissions to anyone else that needs it to the
Calendar to add and remove events. Anyone should be able to add additional
events to the Confluence Calendar, but it will not sync with the Google
Calendar. Both Calendars can be synced with Outlook or other calendar
applications that support iCal.

The reason why I have failed to widely publicize the Calendar is because
the Linux Foundation is still setting up the Zoom licences for ONAP so I
have been unable to schedule regularly occurring meetings for the
community. We at the LF hope to have this issue resolved soon and
apologize for any inconvenience.

Best,
Casey Cain
