For others to track the progress and latest status, would you mind updating the original proposal wiki page for openlabs as a project (https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Open+Lab) to 1, tag it as obsolete; and 2, add a reference to point to the approved open labs subcommittee wiki page.
