The slow downs I saw this morning happened in 2 specific cases : 1) I had done a search for issues by project/status/type/fix version to list all the open Epics for SDNC in the Casablanca release and was trying to update the epic name on one of the issues. It hung and eventually told me that the system could not access that issue.
2) I had clicked the link to "add a comment" to an existing Jira I'd received in email, and when I committed my change the system hung and again told me it could not access that issue. At that point I gave up. The jira logs show nothing particularly unusual in usage. All the pages that I see the user visiting appear snappy for me. The project of interest is SDNC-395 and the user is probably in the agile view. Some swap is still being used, however, so I boosted the system ram from 8G to 12G I'm unsure that this will be a fix since I can't replicate the problem, but it should help. ----------------------------- Thanks!
