Thanks for the example Pam, 

We ran an integrity checker which seemed to fix some issues in the workflows. 
I am wondering if these issues were contributing to making timeouts and the 
system fail due 
to those loose connections. 

Please let me know in case you continue seeing the issues. 

I want to see if the workflow issues were contributing to the issue.
