Require eight years of information services experience to include five years application development and testing experience in a distributed environment. 2. Require 5 years J2EE development experience. Prefer WebSphere development experience. 3. Require 5 years of UI development experience. Prefer experience with Wicket framework. 4. Require 4 years UNIX experience. 5. Require formal training in object-oriented methodologies and 5 years experience with object-oriented design 6. Require demonstrated experience building and implementing software solutions and design patterns requiring complex technologies in an enterprise environment requiring integration between the mainframe and distributed platforms. 7. Demonstrated skill in estimating and tracking progress of tasks, as well as in making recommendations for adjusting project plans as needed. 8. Must have experience resolving complex system problems in a team setting, including evaluation of options to determine optimal solution. 9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong conflict resolution skills using a win/win approach. Communicates proactively in a project environment with colleagues and management on a wide variety of project issues. Key skills include mentoring experience, issue identification and resolution, status updating, and analyzing and reporting on alternative design solutions. Communicates effectively on complex technical matters to non-technical audiences, including the client business community. Communications could include presentations, training, documentation, memos, etc. 1. Will join the ACH Payments development team, with focus on complex J2EE high-volume transactional applications. Work environment may include UP Programming methodology, collaborative work environment, and iterative development with a high level of team interaction. 2. Primary responsibility will be collaborative J2EE development on the Transaction Services applications, including the development of internal system management and administration UI for event-driven transaction processing software, as project tasks dictate. 3. Work with information security architecture group on policies and procedures for integration of rich client technology. 4. Develop software on WebSphere/Eclipse J2EE platform. 5.
