Minimum eight (8) years experience designing and developing application software, including three (3) years experience with the design and development of applications using Forte. 2. Minimum three (3) years experience of writing TOOL code and partitioning applications in Forte/UDS. 3. Minimum three (3) years experience trouble-shooting Forte/UDS running on Solaris servers. 4. Minimum two (2) years experience with PL/SQL. Associated Skills (must meet at least 4 to be considered) 1. Experience with the J2EE application server environment (Websphere, in particular). 2. Functional knowledge with Criminal Justice service organizations. 3. Experience writing technical specifications from functional specifications and collaborating with business analyst to understand functional specifications. 4. Experience with core software engineering concepts, control structures, data structures, fundamental algorithms, error and exception handling. 5.
