Don, you are are my hero!

I'm on press@ and happy to help you in any way you can. Generally the
way press@ works is that the PPMC define the external message the
project wants to convey, this is then communicated to press@ who can
help build a strategy (this really means Sally works her magic). The
rest of press@ are there to help get quick responses out to approaches
from the press (which are often on very short deadlines).

Unfortunately, we have no teflon suits, only good Whiskey/Cofee/Tea/Whatever.
