So that is the error message above. SpamAssasin flagged the email as spam. The identifiers explain what factors were related to the rejection. Some of them are default SpamAssasim rules, that you can look up here: http://spamassassin.apache.org/tests_3_3_x.html Others appear to be customized for Apache. A good question to ask Infrastructure is whether these rules can be modified on a per-list basis. In particular, I wonder if the ASF_SUB_ENC rule may be penalizing subjects that are not ASCII? (I'm just speculating based on the name.) That would be a good rule for an English language list. But it would be a very bad rule for a Japanese language list!
