Hi Frosch,
the German community hasn't tested the non-JRE version when the release
of OOo 3.3.0 was done. So, no download file.
Furthermore the included JRE version was up-to-date when the release was
done end of January 2011. Of course in the meantime there are newer
versions but there won't be any exchanges to include newer versions.
Already finished installation sets and download files will not be
modified. That's the normal way in the software business.
