This resource file is built in the main/extensions module, from extensions/source/update/check/*.src You should find it in extensions/unxlngppc64.pro/bin/upden-US.res. If not, rebuild that module and deliver it. If you still don't find it, then there is an error, and it is not being built at all (may be ENABLE_ONLINE_UPDATE isn't set to YES?
