Just a brief caution here: when you clone another user you are creating an "unmanaged" dependency on their working copy tree, which means if for some reason it becomes time to destroy that working copy, yours will be destroyed as well.
For this reason it may be a good idea to "Force a New Working Copy" once you are done with a cloned one, but unless you are doing lots of bulk changes over an extended period of time you probably don't need to bother with that (the CMS will reap working copies older than 3 days anyway). In any case the "Force" links for that are availableat https://cms.apache.org/$project/ or just https://cms.apache.org/. ----- Original Message ----- > From: Dave Fisher <dave2w...@comcast.net> > To: ooo-dev@incubator.apache.org > Cc: > Sent: Sunday, June 24, 2012 12:59 PM > Subject: Re: CMS diff: Apache OpenOffice (Incubating) > > > On Jun 24, 2012, at 9:13 AM, robw...@cms.zones.apache.org, > --@cms.zones.apache.org, test...@cms.zones.apache.org, no need to apply patch > wrote: > >> Clone URL (Committers only): >> > https://cms.apache.org/redirect?new=anonymous;action=diff;uri=http://openofficeorg.apache.org/openofficeorg%2Findex.mdtext > > The link works for me.
