Could getting more hands on deck help? Maybe specific tasks anyone thinks can be offloaded may be announced, and volunteers can then interact with the person to accomplish them.
I had earlier volunteered but was not offered any task (perhaps none was suited to my skill-set which is: a lot of Rexx experience, and a little ooRexx knowledge). Maybe documentation/testing help?
